Students deepen and transfer learning through new and more complex scenarios, extended paragraphs and essays, research, debates, presentations, student-created role-plays, digital and multimodal projects, peer coaching, leadership tasks, service-learning connections, revision and editing, portfolio development, cross-curricular applications, and independent reflection. During the reinforcement cycle, students assume greater responsibility for modeling, explaining, and teaching the skills to others.
