The Best Me Bellringers™

Effective Date: August 9, 2026

Welcome to The Best Me Bellringers™. By accessing or using this website, curriculum, instructional materials, digital content, or related resources, you agree to the following Terms of Use, Licensing & Copyright provisions.

1. Educational Purpose

The Best Me Bellringers™ provides educational curriculum, instructional activities, classroom resources, teacher materials, student activities, and related content intended to support teaching and learning.

Access to the program does not transfer ownership of the curriculum or its intellectual property to the user.

2. Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise identified, The Best Me Bellringers™ curriculum, instructional framework, module content, lesson materials, activities, prompts, graphics, resource designs, instructional language, organizational systems, and original website content are proprietary materials of The Best Me Bellringers™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Best Me Bellringers™ name and associated branding may not be copied, altered, reproduced, or used to market another product, program, curriculum, or service without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

3. License to Use Curriculum Materials

Purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise receiving authorized access to The Best Me Bellringers™ grants the authorized user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials according to the license purchased or provided.

This license provides permission to use the materials. It does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of the curriculum or intellectual property.

4. Permitted Classroom Use

Unless a specific license states otherwise, an authorized educator may:

  • Access assigned curriculum and resources during the active license or subscription period;

  • Display instructional materials to students taught by that educator;

  • Use curriculum activities during classroom instruction;

  • Print designated printable resources for students currently taught by the licensed educator;

  • Make reasonable classroom copies of resources specifically provided for student use;

  • Incorporate authorized materials into instruction as intended by the program; and

  • Maintain student-created work produced through curriculum activities.

Materials identified as printable may be printed for authorized educational use.

5. Prohibited Uses

Unless written permission or a separate license expressly allows it, users may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit curriculum materials;

  • Share account usernames, passwords, or subscription access with unauthorized individuals;

  • Purchase a single-user license and distribute the curriculum to multiple educators;

  • Upload curriculum materials to publicly accessible websites, shared drives, social media, resource-sharing platforms, or public artificial intelligence repositories;

  • Email, copy, or distribute complete curriculum modules to individuals who are not covered by the applicable license;

  • Remove copyright, trademark, ownership, or licensing notices;

  • Claim The Best Me Bellringers™ materials as their own;

  • Repackage the curriculum for sale or distribution;

  • Create and distribute substantially reproduced versions of proprietary materials;

  • Use curriculum content to develop a competing commercial curriculum or product; or

  • Sell student or teacher materials copied from the program.

6. School and Organization Licensing

A license purchased for an individual educator does not automatically authorize school-wide, department-wide, district-wide, organization-wide, or multi-site use.

Schools or organizations wishing to provide access to multiple educators must obtain the appropriate license or authorization.

The number of authorized users and permitted locations may depend upon the license purchased.

7. Digital Access

Digital curriculum access is provided only to authorized users.

Users may not attempt to bypass access restrictions, copy protected portions of the website for unauthorized distribution, provide login credentials to others, or otherwise enable individuals outside the applicable license to access restricted content.

When access is provided through a subscription, access to subscription-based digital curriculum may end when the subscription expires or is terminated.

8. Printing and Copying

The Best Me Bellringers™ may designate certain resources as printable or reproducible for classroom use.

Permission to print a resource does not grant permission to publish, sell, upload, redistribute, or share that resource outside the scope of the applicable license.

Teacher-facing curriculum content that is not identified as a printable resource remains subject to the restrictions contained in these Terms.

9. Student Use

Students may interact with curriculum materials when those materials are provided by an authorized educator or school as part of instruction.

Student access does not grant students permission to redistribute, publish, sell, or reproduce proprietary curriculum materials outside authorized educational use.

Student-created responses and original student work remain the work of the student, subject to applicable school policies.

10. Modification of Materials

Educators may make reasonable instructional adaptations for the students they directly serve when necessary for classroom implementation, accessibility, differentiation, or instructional support.

Such adaptations do not transfer ownership of the underlying curriculum and may not be sold, publicly distributed, republished, or represented as an independently created curriculum.

11. Third-Party Materials

The website or curriculum may reference or link to third-party websites, media, texts, tools, or resources.

Third-party materials remain subject to the rights, terms, and policies of their respective owners. Inclusion or reference does not transfer ownership of third-party content to The Best Me Bellringers™.

12. Availability and Program Changes

Curriculum content, website features, resources, modules, and services may be updated, revised, replaced, or discontinued as the program develops.

We may make reasonable changes to improve instructional quality, functionality, security, or program delivery.

13. Appropriate Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use another person's account without authorization, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Access may be restricted or terminated when there is reasonable evidence of misuse, unauthorized distribution, account sharing, infringement, or violation of these Terms.
