Understanding the Module Numbering System
The Best Me Bellringers™ is organized into 18 independent modules, with each module containing five sequential lessons.
The Module Numbering System gives every Best Me Bellringers™ activity an easy-to-follow code so teachers can quickly identify the module, day/lesson, station, and action step.
Each lesson is identified by three parts:
Module Title + Lesson Number + Wall Station Code
Wall Stations:
A = Academic
B = Behavior, Responsibility and Leadership
C = Preparedness and Organization
D = Attendance and Timeliness
E = Communication and Self-Advocacy
Example:
Module: Start Strong 1 • A1
-
Start Strong = The module title
-
1 = Lesson 1 within the module
-
A1 = The corresponding Best Me Wall Stations skill
The lesson numbers (1–5) represent the order of instruction within each module. This flexible numbering system allows teachers to teach lessons on any day and begin with any module based on the needs of their students.
For example:
-
Start Strong 1 • A1
-
Start Strong 2 • A6
-
Start Strong 3 • B3
-
Start Strong 4 • C2
-
Start Strong 5 • D1
Once the module is complete, teachers simply move to another module that best supports their classroom goals.
